I did pay, but did not get the source code.
Your download account is activated in a few hours after your payment is received. Account activation at night (GMT+5) or during the weekend may take longer than usual. If you did not receive your confirmation in 12 hours, please check your SPAM folder and if you didn’t find it there, please scroll down and contact us.
Do you offer completely 100% source code?
Yes, the package you will receive contains all the source codes, including the PHP files, Flash sources and the Adobe Flex project. Every single bit is open for editing and there is no encoded license or hidden mechanism.
If I buy the source code, can I use on more websites?
You can use it on as many website you wish, assuming that you are the owner of those websites and not selling the code to someone else. Selling the code to a 3rd party without our knowledge is strictly forbidden by the license.
If I buy the $99 version, will I get the source code?
Yes, no matter the subscription, you will get the full source package. The only difference is, with the $99 version you will not be subscribed for upgrades and future releases.
While there are users online, they can’t connect.
You may experience delays by connecting two users when configured to use Stratus. These delays are the result of the software trying to realize an initiated connection or waiting to close (just seconds). This may occur with <10 users online.

Mathias, this function is already included in the script (connect me to user ID). You don’t see it on the demo because the username is disabled. Take a look here: http://www.jabbercam.com/crc/ (go over the partner window).

This sounds like the same Flash Builder 4 package offered by chatroulette-clone net. I had order their package last month but never got anything so I got PayPal to credit me back.
If I purchase from you, do you have the full project files and associated files (PHP, etc.) ready to send or do you just advance the order to chatroulette-clone. net?

David, we have anything to do with the folks form .net site and we are sorry to hear that they are misleading users to believe they offer the same package as we do.
Our package is delivered in maximum a few hours after purchase and contains both PHP and Flash sources (unencrypted, 100% open). We also support the script and include fixes and new features in regularly released new versions (version 5.1 at the moment). Sam, the payment features are not included in the script, however this should be handled by php (or other) before granting connection to the chat. This can be done by any programmer.

You can use the built-n speed dating feature, the dating-session time and minimum connected time are configurable, the rest is automatic like a blind date.
In case you use the login screen, users are given a username (with the latest version there is also a generated one). Using the attached php sample, you can create your own login screen with your own database (username and password you give).
There is a function, called “Connect me to user ID:” if you are using this function instead of “NEXTING” (random chat), people are connected to users they know.
There is a filter that controls your gender (Male, Female) and another one that controls the partner’s gender. You have to make these obligatory or have a little change that connects to opposite sex only.

Yes, the all-in-one version includes remote installation on your server,
we need cPanel (or similar) access or FTP access + MySQL database details (db name, db username, db password, db host)
the sql tables are handling the connection, the size is small, you need php 4+ (preferably 5+).

if i make changes in the script and i also buy the full pack with upgrades.
will the upgrades harm the changes i made ?

If you make any changes in the design, these changes will be overwritten at upgrade. However, instead of overwriting, you can compare files and add the changes, in this case, your modification will be intact. At every upgrade, we provide the list of changed files to help video chat developers.

o.k so if make changes clearly i dont want it to be overwriting . i will only want to take the new thing that you develop.
so if i understand correctly any time there is upgrade i will get a mail or something like this…..and i will be able to see what is the diffrent from the last script and will be able to get only the changed i want and not all the upgrade?

Yes, that is correct. You get the list of changed files, by comparing editions, you simply insert the newly added lines (and modify existing ones).

John, the installation service is $30 and includes installation of the original package to your server (no customization). We are not accepting customization jobs at this time.

Jason, any swf video (or jpg image) has to be placed under the /media/blankscreen folder and will be loaded on a random basis. Inline text ads, including clickable URLs are loaded from media/text/ads.txt. All branding, links, images are removable. There is a 50% off promo running as well.
